ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Saraswati Vidya Mandir was started in 1982 by Swami Vivekananda Shiksha Prasar Samiti, Etah affiliated to Vidya Bharti Akhil Bhartiya shiksha Sansthan, in the building of Shishu Mandir Railway Road with 32 students. Seeing the increasing number of students and the increasing trend of parents towards the school, in 1989 the school building was constructed with the help of the society by purchasing the land-adjacent to the Shishu Mandir on the railway road itself The school got recognition from the Basic Education council till the year 1999 and continued till the 8th class, after that in the year 1999 the students of Etah city got a new direction of education by getting the school recognized by CBSE Delhi. Keeping in view the increasing number of students every year, about 4 acres of land was purchased near Gaushala near GT Road, whose land was worshiped by the then District Magistrate of Etah Mr. Umesh Sinha ji & saint Shri Vijay Kaushal ji Maharaj At Present the school, under the efficient direction of the Principal, due diligence of teachers, cooperation of parents and leadership of the local committee, holds its special place not only in the city but also in other Schools of the district. In this, 2921 brothers and sisters from class 6th to 12th, under the continuous guidance of their trained, well qualified and hardworking teachers, have an impact towards the achievements by becoming a seeker in the continuous meditation of Maa Saraswati. In Intermediate, along with science class, commerce and humanities classes. are going on. From the point of view of physical resources, the school has a green playground, generator, solar plant, provision of RO plant for drinking water, physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science, physical education, social science with the latest resources. There are separate laboratories. There are big library and vast Assembly Hall in the school. The entire school is wi-Fi equipped and full of mitigation system. It has its own vehicle arrangement for the movement of students. Under the Sanskriti Bodh Pariyojana, which gives an interview with the ancient and culture of our country, students participate in competitions. such as essay, art, singing, science quiz, speech, physical etc. and have also established records at the regional and all-India level. Students Parliament and Kanya Bharti are formed to inculcate the spirit of leadership and national responsibility among the students, under which brothers and sisters perform their important role in self-development as well as school development by discharging various responsibilities. Along with this, the students of the school have been visible in the first line in social and national calamities. Behind all this is our inspirational organization Vidya Bharti, whose goal is:- “This type of national education system has to be developed, through which such a young generation can be created, which is filled with Hinduism and patriotism, is fully developed physically, vitally, intellectually and spiritually and who can meet the current challenges of life and can make the nation's life harmonious, prosperous and cultured by freeing the poor and needy and their relatives from social evils, exploitation and poverty.” The passed out students of the previous sessions are working as Engineers, doctors. Some are in Merchant Navy. Some students are pursuing their career in MBA, MCA, C.A. from reputed institutions and contributing to administrative services. Efforts are being made in future also that in the same way the promising students of the school will make the school and the district proud at the national level as well as at the international level.
